From birth the baby had no development, his motor skills were low, he had speech problems. He did not have normal growth and was severely underweight. When he was one year old the parents decided to bring him to the city for a check up and took him to Egmore Hospital. They diagnosed the baby with heart problem They found the baby was underweight. And said he had to come up to 12 kgs at his age in order to pursue treatment.
Unfortunately a private hospital where the child was referred from Egmore, mixed up Jeshwant’s case with another. The parents were very disturbed as they realized this in the last minute. They were very upset and abstained from pursuing any treatment for some time.
However when he was showing signs of deterioration, they went to the government hospital in the vicinity and were directed from there to MIOT Hospitals.
